Matias Goldenhorn has been the CEO and Director since August, 2022, He had previously served five years as the Company’s Director – Latin America prior to his appointment as CEO and Director. Mr. Goldenhorn has over 20 years of management experience working with Fortune 500 companies including Walmart, Starbucks, Microsoft and Yum Brands! with specializations in the development of Latin American and Caribbean markets. His entrepreneurial success stems from his founding of Swift Trust a financial technology brand. Mr. Goldenhorn’s strengths include planning and implementing growth strategies, development of multi-national footprint expansions and a record of business development strategies and executions that reflect high yield, year-to-year growth. As a global business leader, he has managed teams near and far, reporting to both corporate officers and regional country directors. He is fully bilingual and has attended business school between 1995 to 1999 at Pontifica Universidad Católica Argentina ‘Santa Maria de los Buenos Aires’.

CFO
Omar Jimenez is a seasoned financial executive and Certified Public Accountant with extensive leadership experience across biotechnology, gaming, travel, and marine industries. He currently serves as CFO and Secretary of 180 Life Sciences Corp. (NASDAQ: ATNF) and CFO/Chief Compliance Officer of Golden Matrix Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: GMGI). Mr. Jimenez holds degrees in Accounting and Finance from the University of Miami and an MBA from Florida International University.
Jason Lu
Jason Lu is the CIO of Komodo Bay Capital Management and is the COO of Ransky Capital. Prior to his current roles, Mr. Lu worked as a trader at various proprietary trading firms with a focus on trading cryptocurrency and fixed income derivatives. Mr. Lu holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and a BA in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Renata Szkoda is a seasoned financial executive with over 20 years of experience spanning financial services, capital markets, and corporate governance. She has led strategic finance functions across both traditional and digital asset sectors, with a strong emphasis on investor relations, audit committee oversight, performance optimization, and regulatory compliance. Renata possesses deep expertise across a broad spectrum of asset classes—including digital assets, securities, futures, foreign exchange, and fixed income—and has extensive experience navigating complex regulatory frameworks, including those of the SEC and CFTC. Her background includes compliance with net capital and customer protection rules, AML regulations under the Bank Secrecy Act, and financial oversight for broker-dealers and futures commission merchants. Renata previously served as Chief Financial Officer at INX, the first regulated trading platform to issue an SEC-registered security token, and has held leadership roles at Cube Group, Galaxy Digital, Blue Fire Capital, KCG Futures, and Rosenthal Collins Group. Earlier in her career, she was a senior audit manager at RSM McGladrey, advising a wide range of financial institutions. In addition to her executive roles, Renata is the co-founder of the Global Digital Asset & Cryptocurrency Association (Global DCA), where she advocates for responsible innovation and balanced regulation in the digital asset industry.
