Collect, clean, and manage data from various sources, including ATM transaction logs, customer usage data, and operational performance metrics.
Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure consistent, reliable, and accurate data collection.

Analyze transaction data, customer behavior, and ATM performance to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Provide insights into usage patterns, peak transaction times, regional differences, and potential operational bottlenecks.
Conduct ad hoc analyses to support specific business initiatives, such as expansion opportunities or customer engagement strategies.
Reporting & Visualization:
Create dashboards, visualizations, and regular reports that provide key metrics on ATM performance, transaction volumes, and customer behavior.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including executive leadership, operations, and marketing teams, in a clear and actionable manner.
Performance Optimization:
Work with the operations team to monitor ATM uptime, identify high-performing locations, and provide recommendations for underperforming ATMs.
Support cost optimization efforts by analyzing cash management, transaction fees, and operational expenses related to the ATM fleet.
Collaboration & Strategy Support:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to provide data-driven insights that support strategic initiatives.
Participate in strategic planning discussions, contributing data insights to inform expansion plans and improve customer engagement.
